“Happy To Help” Green Flag scheme.

The committee and coaches have been looking at ways we can improve the help and support available to new(er) archers.

We’ve come up with a 🟩 flag scheme, which should balance club members’ desire to help without placing an onerous demand on them.

Details are in the attached document which we’ll also send out in the newsletter and pin up on the notice board.

For club members who are happy to help,we’ll hold the first quick briefing at 1000 on Sunday 16 November and issue quiver flags afterwards.

Any questions, please don’t hesitate to speak to any of the coaches or committee members.

We’ll review the scheme early in the new year, to factor in what we’ll have learned in the first few months of running it.

60 minute session with no more than 3 archers per session.  More places may be added if/when more coaches are available.

Each session will comprise a discussion about what you want to work on, followed by a mixture of theory and practice.  To make the most of our time, we’d ask you to think back to your last coaching / the beginners course and what you’d like to develop.
