UK Data protection legislation came into force on 25th May 2018 under the General Data Protection Requirements (GDPR). In line with GDPR, the club has a Privacy Notice which sets out the information we hold and how it is used.
When you become a member of the Colchester and District Archery Club you will automatically be registered as a member of Archery GB and the relevant County (ECAA) and Region (SCAS). We will provide Archery GB with your personal data which they will use to enable your access to their online portal. There are options within the portal to set and amend your privacy settings.
If you are a club member and your contact details change, please let the committee know as soon as possible.
